Libraries thrive because of the people who lead them. At the Tillamook County Library, dedicated staff who serve our community every day—connecting children to their first books, helping adults find new opportunities, and guiding seniors through the digital world.
Now, we have a chance to invest in their future.
The Tillamook County Library Foundation is launching a fundraising campaign to establish a Library Staff Educational Endowment that will support employees pursuing a Master’s in Library Science—the credential that opens doors for leadership and innovation in our libraries.
Our goal is to raise $15,000 by November 30. This amount, plus an initial donation by the Franklin and Dorothy Piacentini Charitable Trust, will enable an endowment to be established through the Oregon Community Foundation. The endowment will provide annual support to library staff seeking to grow professionally and serve our community even better.
Will you help us plant the seeds of this future?
Every gift brings us closer to our goal. Thank you for believing in the power of libraries—and the people behind them.
